A special course where you can enjoy the registered trademark "Kuroge Wagyu Hitsumabushi" certified by the Japan Patent Office.Uses special parts of Japanese black beef such as Hida beef.It is a specialty dish that is particular about meat, rice, and dripping, such as the pool dripping that was jointly developed with a contract farmer and Mr. Yamakawa brewing of Hatsushimo rice and a long-established soy sauce brewery produced in collaboration with Gifu Prefecture agriculture, commerce and industry.In addition, you can enjoy seasonal fish carpaccio, shabu-shabu, and seasonal seasonal fish purchased from the market every day.

[Course reservation] If you cancel after 18:00 on the day before your visit, 100% of the course price will be charged per person.
